HYTEG (Hybride Lern- und Transferwerkzeuge für effektive Resilienzgestaltung in Unternehmen)

Companies are facing growing challenges such as a shortage of skilled workers, time pressure, technical glitches, and complex change processes. HYTEG develops innovative learning and application tools that help employees and organizations learn and test strategies that promote resilience and apply them in their day-to-day work.

About the project HYTEG

Why HYTEG?

Work processes are increasingly characterized by uncertainty, dynamism, and complexity. At the same time, it is difficult to conduct realistic training for critical stress and disruption scenarios encountered in everyday work.

HYTEG therefore develops a hybrid learning environment in which employees and managers can experience, reflect on, and overcome challenges related to resilience in a safe setting.

HYTEG in practice

Development together with companies

The hybrid learning environment is not designed on the drawing board. Together with companies and industry partners, the project team analyzes real-world challenges, work processes, and resilience needs. The insights gained are directly incorporated into the development of the learning environment and the serious game.
